Scope of the service
Treqix acts as a technology layer for connection, analysis, signals and automation. Unless expressly agreed otherwise:
Not a broker
It does not open financial accounts or act as an intermediary.
No money custody
It does not hold user funds or assets.
Depends on the third party
Execution and availability depend on the broker and its infrastructure.

Credentials and security
Official flows onlyThe user must use only the officially supported integration processes made available by the platform and the broker.
No full credential sharingKeys, secrets or full credentials must not be sent through standard support channels.
Permission managementThe user is responsible for API keys, tokens, permissions, whitelists and any broker-side security controls.

Orders, signals and automation
If the user enables automations or instruction routing, they accept that these actions follow their own configuration. The publisher does not guarantee execution, minimum latency, continuous availability or freedom from broker, market or infrastructure errors.

Limitation of responsibility
The publisher is not responsible for order rejections, broker errors, disconnections, broker regulatory limitations, API outages, balance or position discrepancies, or any economic losses arising from the integration.
