2.1

Service description

Treqix provides a technology platform to organize, analyze and operate strategies under the user’s responsibility. The service may include:

Historical backtestingSimulation on past data and comparison of hypotheses.

Strategy simulationSignal, curve and position tracking in paper trading.

API integrationTechnical connection with compatible brokers when activated by the user.

Automated executionIf enabled, subject to configuration, broker constraints and available infrastructure.

2.2

No financial advice

The platform does not provide financial, investment or personalized advisory services.

The publisher does not act as a registered advisor before the SEC, the CNMV or any equivalent supervisory authority, unless explicitly documented otherwise in the future. The user makes decisions independently and under their own responsibility.

2.3

Investment risk

Trading involves a high risk of total or partial capital loss. The user acknowledges exposure, among others, to the following scenarios:

Volatility

Sharp price moves, gaps and adverse market swings.

Technical errors

Software issues, misconfiguration or connectivity failures.

Market failures

Latency, broker incidents or third-party outages.

2.4

Past performance does not guarantee future results

Historical, simulated or backtested results do not guarantee future results. Any equity curve, return metric, comparison or chart shown by the platform or public website must be interpreted as informational or illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.5

Use of broker APIs

When the user connects Interactive Brokers or another compatible provider, they authorize Treqix to exchange technical data and instructions according to the configuration activated by the user.

CredentialsThe user must use official connection flows only and must not send full credentials through standard support channels.

Broker responsibilityNo responsibility is assumed for broker errors, rejected orders, latency, API outages or failed executions.

User controlActivation, permissions and scope of the integration depend on the user and their broker account.

2.6

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Intelligence Marketing LLC shall not be liable for financial losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect damages or consequences arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including misconfiguration, technical failures, third-party actions or improper use of the service.

2.7

Accounts and permitted use

Minimum age

The service is available only to users aged 18 or older.

Account security

The user is responsible for the safety of credentials and permissions.

Improper use

Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use is prohibited.

2.8

Suspension and termination

The publisher may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts when it detects operational risk, abuse, legal non-compliance, non-payment, misuse or any circumstance that threatens the integrity of the service, infrastructure or other users.

2.9

Jurisdiction, user profile and restrictions

Applicable lawTo the extent permitted by mandatory law, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

JurisdictionCompetent courts of Delaware, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights available to consumers in other jurisdictions.

Additional restrictionsThe service is not specifically aimed at inexperienced retail investors and must not be used in restricted jurisdictions or where local law makes it unavailable.
